Conference Facilities
Collin College is more than just an institution for affordable, accessible education. We also serve the community by offering conference facilities, event spaces, meeting rooms, lecture halls, and classrooms for rent. Reservation fees vary depending on profit/non-profit status and availability. Professional on-site catering services through Collin College Catering Food Services and audio/visual services are available. Most centers feature excellent spaces for both small and large events such as banquets, lectures, organizational meetings, and workshops.General Information:
- Conference Services manages all Collin College campuses.

- Reservations can be made up to one year in advance for Conference Centers and four months in advance for classrooms.
- Reservations are not available for Sundays.
- Event Request Forms must be submitted a minimum of 10 days in advance. Please note: an Event Proposal Form must be submitted for any "Academic or Workforce" division event.

- We cannot book for long-term use (i.e., five days per month or three weekends per month).
- To create a contract, we must receive these documents:
• W9 (for-profit) or IRS Letter of Determination stating 501(c) status (non-profit) - only groups with a 501(c) status and government entities receive Non-Profit Rates
• Certificate of Insurance ($1M) - If minors (18 years or younger) will attend event, Sexual Molestation Insurance ($1M)
- Allowed events - Employee training, educational testing, public meetings, performances, and presentations are allowed as long as no admission fee is charged.
- We cannot host private events.
- If the event is for a For-Profit Group or a Non-Profit Group:
• No Marketing
• No Selling of Items/Services
• No Student Recruitment
- Only civic, educational, and student organizations and individuals authorized by the College District are allowed to sponsor and engage in fundraising activities.
- We cannot host events by individuals or groups for political advertising, campaign communication, electioneering, or gathering signatures for petitions.
- The College District does not permit individuals or for-profit organizations to use its facilities for their financial gain, including for marketing, promotional, course instruction, or other profit-generating activities. The College District does not permit private academic instruction, courses, or student recruitment by individuals or for-profit organizations at its facilities. This does not exclude institutions of higher education or third-party organizations from participating in College District-approved or -sponsored transfer and recruitment fairs.
- To obtain approval for an event, Collin College must have the space/equipment/labor available and the Campus Provost's approval within the open hours of the campus building.

Collin College logo and Collin College images cannot be used on the printed or digital information for your event.
Catering Information
- Once your event is submitted, please use the following CaterTrax link if you would like to schedule catering.
- Outside/Personal food and drink are not allowed.
- If Collin College Catering is not available for your event date, America To Go is our secondary catering source (Conference Services will set up an account for you).
- Tablecloths are $7.00 each and can be reserved through the Catering Department if they are providing the catering for your event.
